Terms of service

We dont want to restrict you but if you are uploading image to this site, you have to follow certain rules:

• No Adult/Porn images allowed
• No illegal or copyrighted images allowed. If you upload certain image you must be owner of that.
• No Child Pornography. If we ever catch users uploading child pornography, we will report them and hand over their details because its just sick.

User Privacy

We will never hand over any details from our users. The only exception of this is if we spot a user who has uploaded child pornography.

Service Disclaimer

Picstash may not be held responsible any sort of damage caused by the images hosted with us. We do our utmost best to remove any images which may be copyrighted or harmful. If you would like to report any images please email via dmca (at) picstash.com
